Lumbini Natural Park is a replica of the Shwedagon Pagoda in Myanmar. The park with an area of approximately 3 hectares is located in the International Buddhist Center-Taman Alam Lumbini complex, precisely in Dolat Rayat Village, Brastagi City, North Sumatra.
This park is focused as a place of Buddhist worship and religious tourism. Overall, the park, known as the golden pagoda, is included in the Indonesian record museum as the tallest pagoda in Indonesia and is the second tallest replica in Southeast Asia.
This 46.8 meter high, 68 meter long, 68 meter wide building is one of the largest replicas of the Shwedagon Pagoda outside Myanmar. In October 2010, around 1,300 monks and 200 invited guests from all over the world gathered in this park to commemorate the celebration of this building.
